Dark chocolate or milk chocolate, the candy type? (relevance: 21)

Not the female type. I have been told that my palette is not refined since I don't really like dark chocolate. I prefer milk chocolate with nuts and/or caramel. To me, dark chocolate is only tolerable with a glass of red wine.
