I used to drink a Starbucks before work almost every other day… now I’m more of a mom & pop kinda coffee shop that’s up & coming. Always trying something new but will never turn down anything Starbucks. My go to was either an iced caramel macchiato or a cinnamon dolce latte!
Now I’m craving something Carmel, strong & sweet! 🤗😝

Used to be Starbucks addict but switched to Peets.
Large Mocha add shot no whip
Use a dark chocolate syrup so it is smoother and not so sweet as milk chocolate.
Their espresso tastes smother.
Just my 2 cents.

I stay in hotels 70% of the year East to West Love Marriott's that have Statbucks in them I drink Starbucks every morning,
-Iced or Hot Americano depending on weather,
-5 packs of Raw Sugar
-3/4 Splash of Oat milk
-Blonde Espresso roast
-Cinnamon powder

Lol I broke up with Starbies last year and started dating 7 Leaves. I'm addicted to their Vietnamese coffee. Try that and make sure you get it with no ice so you don't water down the flavour.

That aside, @SkylarStone or whomever - pls recommend local places. I really wanna try something else. The one in Anaheim, Harbor Blvd right under all the car mechanics was really cool.

Iced coffee my home base is SD but travel to OC! Definitely following along on this blog for the same reasons for better tasting coffee! Plus, I love trying new things 🥰

I gave up Starbucks probably 20 years ago due to their left wing policies ...
So this past weekend I was in the bay area and had to buy a cup of 'mild'! My God, I had forgotten how bitter their product is! yuck!!!

There's a local Vietnamese place that I would go to for their coffee but man! That stuff was so strong that I wanted to do backflips off of the Eiffel tower the first time I drank it. Lol never again. Had me shaking like a butt naked stripper in 3 degree weather because I had so much energy hahaha
I prefer the Vietnamese coffee shops with the topless women. Shame they're all gone now
I started going to Starbucks recently and like their oleato golden foam iced shaken espresso but I'm no longer drinking coffee right now and have turned to tea. Their apple pie croissants are SOOOO addicting things ugh omg

I doubt many go to Starbucks for the actual coffee. It's more for the addictive sweeteners. Try just the coffee and maybe halfnhalf, ass tastes better.

I’m such a coffee head lol I literally want to try everything listed haha. My go to atm is an iced white chocolate mocha with an extra shot. I sometimes go to Better Buzz when I’m around SD & Dutch Bros is pretty good when I’m working in the Bay
I hate to add drama but I’m literally just posting this because it’s funny. One barista doesn’t like me which to this day I still don’t know why haha. I typically do mobile order but now he knows my name & this is the type of drink he gave me this week: No sticker with my name, no whipped cream, not the right size( he gave me a pup cup size)& no flavor. Lmao I gave him 100 bucks, told him I appreciated the drink, and now all the baristas are super friendly to me. lol kill them with kindness 💖
But fr if I knew how to properly add the photo of the coffee he gave me I would lol

LMAO the world has come full circle my wife, son(23), his fiancee(24) and my daughter(21) are all protesting Statbucks in support of Palestine. Fuckin hippies me and my other son(22) will go Starbucks and bring it straight home throw on our MAGA hats on and piss then off whilst enjoying a cup of Joe.
FYI Dunkin Doughnuts Americano is just as good just not as Strong caffeine wise, I cant drink anything @ Starbucks if its not Blonde brewed of Blonde espresso everything else us super fuckin bitter.

As a coffee addict I have to admit Vietnamese coffee is the best,
the best one I found is in a bagel shop in La Habra and Mr. Baguette has good viet coffee.
Also, Tierra Mia has good coffee and Matcha tea. Their nitro brew is best.
A coffee spot that I recommend is Urth Cafe, their selections of coffee and teas are good.

i love me an white chocolate peppermint mocha with some peppermint syrup in it. especially throughout christmas time. with extra espresso because i love a caffeine boost. but also can’t go from with a caramel macchiato with extra caramel syrup 🥰

Former Starbucks addict here. Switched to Stereoscope almost a year ago and haven't looked back once.
Better coffee. Less genocide.
Really was a two-fer. Win win.

Omfg just checked in to the Hilton Downtown Fort Wayne, IN first Hilton brand with a Starbucks in it also I can use my Diamond membership daily credit towards Starbucks this is fuckin kewlll.

I finally tried Dutch Bros. coffee (the drink was called 9-1-1 something) it got my stomach bubbling, I wanted to call 911, it ruin my morning… hahaha
I drink a lot of coffee but mostly black, no cream, no sugar. I felt Dutch Bros has a lot of sugar,
but compare to Starbucks, Dutch is better, will I go again? Yes but i won’t buy their coffee, i will try their matcha or energy drinks. I did feel a bit out of place since the Dutch place was full of young teens and I was the old man trying to be “hip”…
About a month ago I was in the OC and I stopped by a Vietnamese place, it has 2 stars in Yelp. I walked in, place smell full of cigs, a lot of old men looking at the TV (which had the lottery playing).
Turns out that it is a Cash Only Restaurant and you can buy the Lotto. I ask for their Viet Coffee, one of the best I ever had. I plan on going again to try their food…

I like coffee but I can’t do the huge amount of sugar in most of your favorite drinks. I don’t want to put on the weight or be diabetic. I generally take my coffee black or with almond milk, cinnamon and turmeric. Sometimes in the form of an latte. Iced or hot depending on the weather. Even that has more sugar than I like but it’s hard to get unsweetened almond milk unless you make your own coffee at home.

I am a coffee purist but because of the old gut, I went decaf. I have tried a lot of places but settled into McDs decaf and Peet's decaf drips as a staple for two years. At Starbucks they hardly made drip decaf and their Americanos suck.
Then a miracle happened! Nearly all the Starbucks make their dripped coffee to order using the Clover machine (I think that's the brand) now. So now it's majority of time at Starbucks with McDs next and Peet's decaf the treat. Peet's still taste the best but they are hardly at every corner.
