Later, he threatened to kill me. After I filed a police report and restraining order against him, he filed a false police report and restraining order against me claiming I had vandalized his vehicle.
I don't know who he is. Data from my phone location tracker shows that I have never been to his residence. I have also never spoken to him and would have no idea what vehicle he drives.
Then he had an attorney try to negotiate simultaneous dismissal of the charges.
All charges against me are dismissed and I will pursue criminal charges against him per PC 148.5 and I reported his attorney to the state bar.
