It happened on 9/13/2020.The reason he gave the bad rating because he said he waited a long time(about half hour). Even if my almost places don't or never need appointments.and he also didn't make an appointment at that time.But he just arrived in the rush hours.
At that time, when he arrived, I asked him to wait for a while because there are not ready yet. And i was trying to chat with him via text and simply explained why need to wait in the rush hours. And it lasted around half hour, he Threatened me, said he will give me a very bad ratings to me. Then, I just replied a good words in polite; but called me F**king Assh*le...

After I uploaded those screenshots, he still threatened me via the private message in HX.And then, he also upload a screenshot that created by himself to his album. You can check the uploading time.
And I know he is in the high levels, he has the powers to make other account to be afraid of him. But, what i wanna say, the respect is mutual.
