Incoming Network Page
The incoming network page for every member shows you the how other members feel about the person.
The ratings are shown in 5 tables. The first is Safety, which is public.
The other 4 are the anonymous attributes, and you can only see limited information about the rater.
Outgoing Network Page
The outgoing network page for every member shows you how that person has rated others.
You can only see the Safety ratings the person has issues. The other are anonymous and therefore not ever shown to you, unless you are the rater, in which case you can see a table of all of the ratings you've issued.
DO NOT CONFUSE the outgoing page with the incoming page!
