If you or your Landlord filled out the application, they’re just now starting to close out their files. Check your email make sure you look into the spam folder. They’re only giving people a limited amount of time to respond. If you owe and didn’t do your part on housing is key, you will be easily evicted even in rent controlled units

Tattoos from the younger days during old age.
About a week ago I saw a woman in her 60s at 7-11. She had a big face tattoo, I could tell she was an early adopter because the tattoo lost all of it’s lines and color separation. I’m not against tattoos but I also don’t think it’s possible for them to age well. Thoughts…..

I got an oculus quest 2 in January from Costco
For the Supernatural app. Which is amazing. All I’m gonna say is….Don’t use it for watching porn. It’s too immersive. Like 360 immersive. If Only Fans doesn’t do something about this….I just don’t see any growth for them. I’ve been a lot of places and seen a lot of things. This is definitely next level. I repeat do not watch porn on this device.

I personally can’t wait for the good ole US of A to receive our share of the Ukrainian Refugees. The vast majority are women. Hopefully they all come to Cali and flood HX. Calibrating this market.

Stay safe everyone
Los Angeles authorities are trying to sanitize the city ahead of this weekend under caltrans authority. Last week they dismantled homeless encampments that were en route to the stadium. They’re also cracking down on everything else with a special task force. I would also expect more DUI checkpoints. I’m assuming the grifters have also arrived in town
