Lawyer question regarding Kennedy Center Artists
Can the artists be sued for dropping off a venue they were supposed to on NYE,? I thought most contracts can be broken if its written correctly. Anothrr news outlet said that the artists signed a contract before the name addition of Trump added to it. They signed up to perform at Kennedy Center.

Questions on my Investment prop in NC
Feel free to message me individually if u would like. Basically my property manager who has 20 yrs experience in the biz, rented out my property thru section 8 without fully clarifying it to me. Just to verify I am not putting down section 8. My concern is that with bigger families comes more liability and will need to up my policy. I asked why didn't he get a business person like he for the last 5 yrs with no issues. His response was "why because you think their better than everyone else?" I allowed this but not going into anxiety night and day. I live 2 hours away so do need him to manage it. He also is getting me 500 more per month but I would rather have less money and less people. Any attorney's want to join me for lunch last week of December plz lmk.
