Day 1 Radiation complete. For The Guys. Just 27 more basically consecutive left. Actually it wasn’t bad. You must have a full bladder and be empty elsewhere. I’m told these 2 requirements keep the prostate stationary so the beam radiation can be more precise and not damage surrounding tissue. The technicians were quite nice and some not very hard to look at. I kept my Benjamin’s at the ready just in case the opportunity presented itself. But alas it did not.
So I’m told to drop my pants and chonies once again and hop up on the CT scanner. I guess once everything is lined up they start the radiation utilizing a contraption called a Linear Accelerator which is attached to a Flux Capacitor. (that last part is a joke) During my treatment of getting blasted by high intensity radiation I got to listen to music of my generation, Perry Como, Johnny Mathis, Bing Crosby and the like that is piped into the CT scanner.
On a side note I was actually pretty humbled while sitting in the waiting room. My cancer and its effects on me are nothing compared to some of the men and women I saw waiting for their specific treatments. Some patients were needing both chemo and radiation to make it another week and their bodies showed it.

For the Guys only ED help Full transparency disclosure THIS IS NOT ME.
While sitting in the waiting room recently for a scheduled doctor's appointment I had a conversation with an elderly gentleman about my age. I soon learned we shared a ailment in common, cancer. He asked me if I had experienced any ED problems with my diagnosis. Nope, never fit as a fiddle like I’m 19 again I responded. He seemed surprised. Even after your hormone shot of Lupron he asked skeptically. I responded, Nope, never, fit as a fiddle like I’m 19 again.
He then said, “Well if it ever happens you might consider , take your max dose of sildenafil (viagra) and take it with 2 capsules of Force Factor Nitric Oxide (I guess Amazon?) and within an hour you’ll have a “diamond cutter just like you were 19.”
I responded “Nope, never, fit as a fiddle like I’m 19 again.”
Now I haven’t checked the benefits of Nitric Oxide alone or had personal first hand knowledge of mixing them together. I guess I could check the internet but since I’m
“Nope, never, fit as a fiddle like I’m 19 again, I’ll defer to you.
Take note reactions may vary according to sources
Just an FYI but I’m always open to criticism

Help Ladies I need advice here. Some of you have responded to my blogs on the medical situation I’m dealing with. Well due to the hormone injection I received an unanticipated (at least to me) side effect has reared its ugly pointed head. For the last 24 hours my nipples are hard as fricking diamonds and the hurt! (Yes karma is dealing with me appropriately).
It’s like it is 20 below outside and I’m out there naked! Now I know some male clients may be wondering if I do incall or outcall. Settle yourselves down I am a committed heterosexual of the lesbian clan. And you couldn’t afford me. So I don’t swing to that side of the fence hard nipples or not. Now I definitely don’t judge what ever works for you I’m good with.
I am so self conscious about this I purchased nipple covers for MEN from Amazon yes they sell everything with discrete packaging and delivery. And yes this is the first time I’ve had to to this.
Apparently as the testosterone is lowered in my body estrogen automatically increases. I think I’m imagining it but my boobs might be getting bigger.
Go ahead make fun my kids have already put me in blast.
F..K!

Treatment day 2 through 30! Just got my radiation treatment scheduled. For some reason the treatment seemed shorter when my doctor told me, it’s going to be 5 days a week for 5.5 weeks. When I saw the 3 pages of pending appointments starting at the end of this month and ending in October excluding weekends and holidays, hope my condition takes those days off as well, that seems ominously long. The actual radiation treatment will take about 30 minutes.
This will probably be the last post I place on this subject. I know some of you will be relieved I’ll be dropping this and my very personal adventure here but know this I have received multiple pm’s from people male and female ,who are either beginning their own journey, in the middle, completed it or have a loved one dealing with this disease. Their stories and stories from other friends I have and those that have become friends because of this disease are sometimes overwhelming. That’s the reason I did this definitely not for me. I’ve appreciated the support from them and I hope they appreciated my reciprocal support.
Only one person here, knowing that I was dealing with this disease, wished the worst for me. She recently told me and I will quote her
…..I hope that karma finds you and deals with you accordingly.
I won’t disclose her handle but she should buy a lottery ticket because what she’s predicted is coming true God or Karma is dealing with me accordingly. I just hope they are more forgiving.

Gonna Be Hot Hot Hot Looks like for the next week or so we are headed for some triple digit temps for our region. So of course we should be mindful of keeping our pets out of vehicles and under shade or indoors as much as possible.
However if you want to get away consider these places
Harbin China- mid 80s all week near the Russian & N. Korean border rain and thunder storms predicted. The odor or human and animal waste fertilizing their lush green farmland can be overwhelming at times.
Moscow Russia-low to mid 70s all week rain thunderstorms and the occasional drone & missile attack from the Ukrainian region.
Kiev Ukraine-low to mid 80s all week scattered showers and clouds and also the occasional drone, missile & rocket attack from , you guessed it, the Russian region.
Tel Aviv Israel-mid 80s to mid 90s actually quite nice with clear sky’s giving you a great view to seek shelter from, yes there it is, bombs, drones, rockets and missile forming in the north, south, east and west of the city.
Tijuana Baja Mexico-high 70s to mid 80s sky’s clear with slight delays at the border crossing due to the occasional search of your vehicle, search of your person, search of everything else and make sure you have the proper documentation complete with ancestry and dna analysis.
So hope these potential locations make your travel decisions a little easier

Treatment Day 1 For the guys only! Well I started my treatment for my prostate cancer today . Contrary to the belief of some of the elder hx members both male and female I publish my adventure here only for those coming of age members to be informed. There are Wikipedia Commodore 64 experts who have no personal real world experience with this disease but because of their level 4 or 5 then by automatic decree they are one. Im not looking for sympathy from anyone I get plenty from my family and close friends who genuinely care for me. My motive is strictly to inform and educate with what I AM going through.
Preparation for first day completely full bladder and completely empty bowel.. I know thanks for the visual.
Get to the CT scan room. CT tech. who is a rather attractive female tells me to drop my pants and shorts. I automatically start reaching for my wallet to pull out some Benjamins but then reality took over. On the slide table. They are mapping my prostate location .
Once the mapping is completed the CT tech now turns into a tattoo artist. She is going to tattoo permanently locator marks on my body to line up the radiation machine. One on each hip and below my belly button. I ask her if she can put a Mickey facing inward on one side, Minnie on the other facing inward and a Goofy or Pluto looking down. She chuckles and tells me that I can imagine them to be anything that I want. Damn I said to myself if I wasnt on Medicare I could get something nicely done. As it is I now have my first tattoo more like a prison tattoo but not 3 dots below an eye. The placing of the tattoo mark arove my junk actually stung pretty bad.
Now to the Lupron hormone shot. This is one time release shot that last 6 months and then takes 6 months to a year to fully recover from. Why you ask? Prostate cancer and actually Breast cancer feed off of testosterone (yes females do have testosterone) and Lupron removes testosterone and inhibits its production.
My main concern is that since I got the shot in my hip I have an almost overwhelming urge to strip down naked and reenact the scene from the movie Silence of the Lambs where the serial killer Buffalo Bill, is posing naked with his junk hidden between his legs trying to look like a female in a full length mirror
Oh well if I have any interesting tidbits to share I shall. Back to my knitting and Hallmark channel

Man’s Achilles Heel -Prostate Cancer I’ll make this quick, I hope. Many important influential people have had prostate cancer, Ben Stiiller, Robert De Niro, Charlton Heston and myself. I was diagnosed earlier after my yearly routine physical it revealed an elevated PSA. From that I was to receive a DRE, digital rectal exam, then a very painful, while wide awake , PROSTATE BIOPSY. Now the normal prostate is the size of a walnut and 12 samples were taken from it utilizing a spring loaded punch that penetrates your rectum wall and enters your prostate, again 12 times while you are awake. Then of course you are bleeding out your rectum, pissing blood for 48 hours and blood in your semen for 2 months.
Diagnosis cancer. Treatment options Removal of prostate which will result in permanent ED and incontinence and requiring the use of a diaper or pad.
Or hormone treatment with 5.5 weeks of radiation 5 days a week. The hormone is LUPRON which removes all the testosterone in my system. Prostate cancer feeds on it. It will cause me to be menopausal with hot flashes, night sweats, emotional, moody . It will also destroy my libido for at least 6 to 12 months and that’s with only taking the shot one time.
The radiation will damage nerves and blood vessels in the prostate with a good chance of permanent ED. My ejaculations will be completely dry(a lot of providers are for some reason happy about that). But I won’t need a diaper so I have my fingers crossed.
I plan to remain on hx albeit mostly inactive unless there is a provider out there that will teach me knitting, watch the hallmark channel, offer cuddle/massage sessions for compensation of course.
Couple things before I go. I want to thank those providers who continued to see me while I was dealing with this. Their compassion, understanding and treatment of me was amazing and I gave them most of my hx points to show my appreciation. Only one provider demonstrated to me that she totally lacks the ability to care about anyone but herself and other than the money and gifts I gave her in the past(which I totally regret meeting her) well she gets nothing and she know who she is.
And finally, guys if your close to 50 get your PSA checked yearly.

Irvine area hotels I’m headed to the Irvine area towards the end of the week. Looking for a rather discrete place. I’m frugal not cheap. Any input appreciated and thanks in advance.

So long for now Due to a current medical condition (dont worry not contagious) I will be taking an extended break from Hx. I met some great people here, babykash, Eva Gotti, MagicHands, Carmen, Haile,Jessicataylor,Myluv,Babygal,Sweetassuga, Trish, Flawlesslala and of courseFun4Days. I wont delete my account because I truly enjoy reading about all the drama both in the photo postings and blogs its great reading and a fantastic source of who to try and see and who to avoid.
I actually found them more reliable than ratings.
I appreciate all of you that responded to my pms, knowing that the number of clients clearly outweigh the providers and you didnt have to respond.
Lastly Id like to apologize to anyone that I may have offended. I tried to treat any of the providers I saw or tried to see with the upmost respect while not exceeding their boundaries or scheduling conflicts.
I hope to be back good luck everyone and I will close with what I say at the end of a session be careful and be safe
