the wording of some of these props gets ya turned around sometimes
voting down building hospitals makes ya feel like a dick
in general i am ok with something like the gas tax...gets some illegals and low income people to pay some tax finally....one thing looking at on these things is how sure we can be that the stated purpose is the thing and how long.
the fungible budgets have fucked us on virtually every one of these in the past...usually takes them a year to cut general funds to operate and move some of this money over to cut the shortfall
any props in favor of or against?
