No Show No Call by Provider (Negative Rating Warranted?)
Is it warranted to give a provider a Negative Rating for No Show No Call? So I've seen this provider a handful of times, we were cool and has some fun but she was hours late before (Let slide) then our last confirmed booking she didn't show or call. I reached out to her several times to find out what happened and nothing. Ofcourse I was angry and frustrated she wasted my time and didn't bother following up to cancel, reschedule, or let my know why. It's just unprofessional.
I hear of some providers giving negative ratings for clients for no shows no calls and wondering if it goes both ways?

2020 Presidential Debates thoughts
Biden gets lost in space. Gotta love how Trump throws him off. November is going to Crazy regardless who wins. Calling it now, By some miracle Trump loses and Biden Wins, eventually Biden will be seen unfit mentally and then Harris will be sworn in as 1st Black Lady President.

Any Real estate Market Predictions??
With the Virus Pandemic, Most Businesses closed & going out of business, most People unemployed, Stock Market Down, Oil prices low Makes You Wonder how this all will effect the Real estate Market. Will alot of people be losing their homes and falling into Foreclosure? Will Property Value eventually Drop? Just Curious to see if anyone else see's another Possible Foreclosure boom? It's been awhile since i have been in the Real estate industry and looking for intelligent input.
