People who abuse their level to rate people negative , For NO reason .
I have someone in my network who has been harassing me and rating me harmful and I have NEVER met that person.
I feel he might be abusing the network rating system considering how many negative rating this guy has .
Someone help me address this issue .
I am not a harmful hx user .
