     Many of my hx friends are in their 70’s and 80s now! And guess what, they got better blood flow t
I think about some of you very often.

When we first met, you felt tired and wondered if that was just part of being in your 50s/60s. Mid-life issues. Whatever…

But look at you now, moving easier, smiling more, feeling stronger. Your blood is flowing better, and your body feels more alive. Even more so than men in their 30’s.

No energy drinks.
No vaping.
Less screen time and more real movement.

None of that was a part of your life.

Old school longevity! And I got to learn as much from you, as you did from me.

Your body learned how to rest, move, and recover.

So when we made just a few small changes—supporting blood flow, calming the nerves, and feeding your body real nourishment—it remembered how to work again.

That’s real vitality.
Not pills. Not quick fixes.
Just helping the body do what it was always meant to do and bringing sexual energy to a sacred and loving place.

And watching that happen is something I’ll never take for granted.

     Herbal Enemas vs Colon Hydrotherapy
This is not an AD.

I do herbalist work and seen numerous prostate and colon health improve drastically with herbal oil enemas. Look into that before you start taking prostate hardening toxic Flomax. Which many times leads to severe ED.

I would not recommend colon cleanse hydrotherapy as it can compromise your good bacteria.

     So many Arabic men are on edge with selfie verification, while my Latino sweeties be doing this…
Latino sweeties send me a gallery of pics from a BBQ. I get to learn all about their family—so much energy, and just super transparent. LOVE that!

White guys? I get a photo of them golfing, boating, doing a toast or hanging with their fur buddy. Calm energy, also transparent. No surprises there!

Asian men can be a bit shy, but they’ll send a selfie to make sure I know they’re safe. Very kind, very mindful. The Filipinos, though, might be a tad paranoid, like I’m going to show up at their church or something. LOL!

Black men? Pretty chill too. They send a selfie no problem—usually at work (IT), the gym, or in their car eating a sandwich. Classic. LOL!

Now, Arabic men—yes, they do spoil a sister. But I’m too old to be playing detective! I need to preserve my energy. They’re always hesitant to send a selfie, overly anxious about everything, and just so tense. It’s like, OK, we get it! They need a massage before the massage!

Indian men? Oh boy, they’re either super gentle, classy and submissive, or they’re more paranoid than the Arab men! Indian men can be so extremely skittish like they have serious mineral deficiencies and lacking hydration! Energy is too high strung, and ungrounded. Getting me paranoid too. No middle ground—just extremes w them:

At the end of the day, we’re all human. But let’s be real—my stereotypes might have a little truth to them, don’t ya think?

     To keep your mental wellness straight, it’s not about what you do, it’s about WHAT YOU DON’T D
Raise your standards, you’re worth it!

We all have vices and distractions, but we don’t need to constantly cave in to all of it.

Even one bad habit can steal your focus to get your BIGGER dreams.

Energy drinks? They might boost you now but wreck your nerves and mind later. One can is like 4-8 cups of coffee! And don’t even get me started on the health risks—kidney stones, anyone? Look it up.

Vaping? It’s messing with your body more than you know, from hardening your prostate to delaying natural functions.

When we’re wrapped up in these habits, we stop serving our bodies and miss what our soul really needs.

I just quit coffee and realized I’d never let my body rest! Now I’m creating my own energy, instead of fight or flight energy. I take naps when needed and now go to bed early.

What’s your bad habit? How did you kick it? Share your tips!

One habit we all have in common, we sure like to gamble. LOL

No judgment here…

If you find yourself attracting drama, you might be unconsciously inviting it. I suggest taking a moment to breathe and approach situations with neutrality and diplomacy.

When you focus on your purpose and prioritize your well-being, you’ll naturally attract friends who respect you.

If you’re done with time-wasters, raise your standards—whether it’s through your pictures, how you communicate, or your overall engagement.

It’s important to maintain mental calmness in this type of networking.

As sisters, we need to stick together. We only have each other, so don’t waste energy tearing each other down. We already have enough to navigate to ensure our safety and well-being.

Fighting only distracts from what really matters and compromises our ability to make sound decisions.

Remember, we have bigger dreams beyond this community. Keep your eyes on the “WHY”!
