Wow that really worked
There is this trend going around where if you play the old disco song "Ring my Bell" by Anita Ward, you will get money as the song itself is a money spell.
So I thought, you know what, I believe...and I tried.
Less then 3 hours later, unprompted and out of no where, my fave credit card (I earn money back on purchases so I use it most) said you know what we want you to have $1000 more on your credit line. Now. I would not normally think that was so fantastic cause although I am flattered, I have been working on my debt and credit so it made sense and was already a goal to get more money anyways cause I am taking my soon to be graduate on a grad trip this summer.
However, on my todo list that day was
1. call your fave cc and ask for more money
But I ran out of time and could not make the call. Then on the way to dinner that afternoon, I got an email from that very credit card company telling me I earned an upgrade!!! Wow.
THAT IS CRAZY TIMING. Or the spell is true.
Either way, that was super fun. Great song too, I love to dance to it!

If you won the lottery what would you do?
After taking care of some loved ones...I feel like I would still want to work and be useful (vacationing might get old after a while) so I think I would have to buy land somewhere and raise a bunch of animals. Maybe give a bunch of rescued animals heaven on earth whilst gardening/farming for food and mental health. Definitely rehab/restore things: vintage homes, cars, and animals. Probably blog about it. I love to make content. I am super happy now I can't say I would do much else in the way of purchase power to feel even happier, but I would never say no to a lot of money and a lot more land to grow on and ability to share and care.
how about you...what would you do if you won the lottery?

Updates
I have been using both pumpkin seed oil (ingesting and putting on skin) and homemade rosemary water (in a spray bottle I just spray on my roots daily) and when I say my hair is growing (and fast), full, healthy, shiny...everything. It is even noticeable, I have been getting comments and compliments.
I HIGHLY recommend these two if you want to do some hair and skin self care. Of course make sure you are not allergic and what not. But 10 out of 10 recommend.

A question for all you business savvy beasts...
If a girl was gonna stay a 1099 and never again a W2 and wanted to have a few businesses but needed to start pouring into taxes and ss again, how would she do it? Asking for a friend
(for instance reselling + wedding rentals + content creation + selling of art) as the micro businesses and so then do I just do a Corp? That can't be a corp lol or maybe? An LLC? Like everything would fall under a TBYSStudio umbrella?...
Also what is a trigger for such event? I imagine profit but what if they take a while to get going? Is it too premature to create a business and I just wait?
Should I be asking my tax guy? lol. I know one of you is gonna say it

Just in time for Galentines day
...I have a crush on my favorite barista at my fave coffee place and we have been flirting all week and she knows my name but does so with a very salacious smile and nod
(I almost died, but may also be over reacting, but maybe not. It feels very lesbian-esqe. A friend confirmed this, its not all in my head I promise

How does one keep a nice ass
I am working with a little gift back there but as I reach the ripe age of 45 soon I am wondering what one does to keep that plump little peach plump for the years to come...
I know I can't just eat my way to a little extra fat and bounce, or I can but the right fat maybe?
And then does it entail weight training? I can't imagine running is the answer. 100 squats a day? haha
What does one do to naturally keep a nice ass?
Any advice from any gym people in the audience would be so appreciated, trying to keep my money maker making money well into my late 40s. lol

I had no idea Raccoons were so spicy
In my backyard, I built a pond out a of a 9ft deep dilapidated pool. I put a few 89 cent feeders in there and when I tell you those babies look like koi fish now. I had no clue unassuming gold fish could get so big and beautiful but boy do they attract wildlife.
Mostly raccoons. I have a raccoon mama who loves her nightly dip. She eats my ponds plants occasionally, goes for my snails most often, and covets my fish but because of my depth I do not think she is that successful. Plus I have a divider in my pool made of a pool noodle she hates so much and she loves to destroy.
Recently she was too loud so I went to my window in the dead of the 3 am night and yelled at her to stop destroying things.
Well I fuked up I did :/
Not only did she give me a super dirty look for scaring her....
She stole my glove, right in front of me btw.
Has ruined whole plants, and digs random things. She is a menace, and for the sake of being one.
Then recently I watched something from a raccoon biologist who said that raccoons will never be domesticated like cats and dogs because they are too vengeful. They are highly intelligent, remember faces, and will exact revenge.
Gulp.
Um okay and now I am beefing with one outside lol.
Help. Waving a white flag over here.
How do I make friends with her again. I never knew raccoons were that bitchy and cunning.
I was planning to make friends with the crows cause I heard about their rep but now I know this and there is no advice out there on how to make offerings to the raccoon gods for favor. lol.
Anyhow just thought I would share for anyone who feels like humans are the top of the food chain. We are not. lolololol

How has your view on love changed over the years...
How has your view on love changed over the years...
As for me, I feel like my perspective of love for others, has changed profoundly. So has my self love space, but in wildly opposite directions.
For others...it's not that I have less love, I think I am just more realistic and discretionary when it comes to who I love these days outside of myself. I am less whimsical about romantic love (even tho I miss this girl) and I found out what unconditional love was when I became a mom but even still I also realized a part of selfless love meant the responsibility of boundaries and sacrifice and where I would eventually need to love myself enough to break off a bit and regenerate again solo.
For self love...I have always loved myself, but I have come leaps and bounds in the self love dept. since my childhood overall I would say. For not only did I learn to stop seeking others approval in order to honor my own authenticity fully, but I also learned to love my quirk, my difference, my grit, and most of all myself. Pretty much enough to keep myself alive through some dark turns (usually love inspired) and that was pretty bad ass of me. lol
So love has kinda gone________________>

Hey everyone stay safe...
As people travel for the holidays...I wish you safe and happy travels!
And for all those who struggle through or due to the holidays....BIG HUGS. (I feel ya)
A few tips and tricks to get you through:
1. It is a fantastic time to practice SELF LOVE. Want that fun coffee or special treat? Buy it, enjoy it. Want to lay in bed all day and watch movies, do it that sounds fun. Whatever makes you happy, do it, you deserve to be happy.
2. Super nice time to be, well, super nice lol....and feel how it feels to be able to help someone else out. Those endorphins seems to hit different. And on the holidays, added bonus of knowing you are helping in a time when others are just truly struggling.
3. Warm things matter! Stay as warm as possible, soups, warm drinks, warm comfy blankets socks or beds....it's cold. And hard. That is a combo for comfort objects for sure.
4. If nothing else just know you are human and allowed to be you...your feelings are valid no matter where they are at, and this too shall pass! So hang in there
We are only 38 days away from the chaos!!!
