I have mixed feelings about this. Maybe I am very old school. But callgirl meant, They call, we go. And I would never call them, unless I was returning a call. For various reasons,
They might be at work, with family, etc.etc. And if they had the desire and the budget to meet up with me, they would call me. But the world has changed a LOT. CellPhones have replaced pagers and landlines, just to mention 1 big change that plays a big role in our biz.
I personally would not call and ask a client to hang out, but I also don't like when a guy asks if I want to Hang Out, I usually reply with, "Are you wanting to book an appointment with me?" I guess in my mind "Hanging Out" kind of implies something other then a booked appointment. 1 reason being, I have a few clients who I have become close friends with, and so there are times when we just hang out. But there are also times when they still book appointments with me. So hanging out and appointments look very different in terms of what happens when we are together. 2nd reason being, I am old school, and was trained that we do not call them. They call us. We are not wives or even misstresses, so we wait until called upon. That was just the rule. No exceptions!
So on the 1 hand, I feel like if she called him and invited him over, thats casual time on her.
but
On the other hand, He knows the basis of their relationship and should know she is looking for work and should expect to make payment.
So there you have it, I am on the fence on this one.

Clearly im not telling the whole story because of that and also i said that we "hung out" 2-3 times a week for the last 2 years so there werent any miscommunication
We text every day. You may not talk to your clients outside of meetings but i do and i only stick to a small few
However i can see why asking someone to meet may be an issue and have stated that wont happen again. Just remember when i post that im hosting and you ask why i didnt tell you this is the reason

The relationship that I have with my clients are different. I treat them all differently because we all have different connections and everyone has different lives and requirements. I dont text nor talk to everyone but if they reach out i will reply and thats why we talk daily and meet often. Normally i leave it up to the guy but because i know hes single, in the area and comes by i didnt think that it was an issue to
But i understand both sides and will now adjust accordingly

With that said, in my civilian life when working with various business & such, if you invite someone to lunch, it's understood that as you extended the invitation, you are paying. (or if you are invited to lunch, you don't pay, but don't be a dick & order expensive stuff, a drink is fine)
It's a very clear unwritten rule.
But that dynamic naturally is different, but I don't see anyone else having mentioned that yet.

Sometimes its just confusing. Ladies will text asking me to come over. I ask if such time is good and "what do you want?" and they wont answer that question. I have to ask repeatedly in the text reply conversation to include "what do you want?" Till I finally get an answer.
Also a lady I've known for several years had car trouble and called me,because she knew I was near. I drove her home. I dont expect to be charged for that and I wasn't.
