Ive been here for 10 years off and on depending on life fluctuations. I am an extremely busy person. Sometimes I do not know what I am doing the next day much less in a week. There are times that I feel apprehensive asking for info when I know I have asked a few weeks ago. But its best to know current details. I consider myself a stand up guy with safety and respect as pinnacles of my participation. Communication is key for me too.
