As I have known AB for over a year, I can say that she is the most genuine, beautiful lady I have ever known. Her heart is pure,and her reputation is stellar.
And this one bad apple doesnt know what he was missing.

Not gonna speculate.
I would never do that (even if warranted; I just would take the loss and make note) for the principle and consideration of the time and money aspect.

Don't take it personally. If it was a consistent happening, then i'd say time to think about a new line of business.
FYI: one provider said she’d contact me if ever her appointment cancelled and she would offer me a special discount, so we both could be happy. Something to think about. It's never happened, for the better on her behalf.
I feel for the man that did this and I pitty the fool; definitely some kind of mental/emotional issue/s there. What did you say was his handle? JK not k. Let your ladies club know for their fyi.

Sorry that happened. Some people are all business. Just the way it is.
But we are all humans and should be able to communicate. It’s not easy, but ideally we should be free to say someone is not a persons type. Have some class no matter the situation.

Sounds like he ruined his own good time to me. Some people just have issues that have nothing to do with others. Not your fault. Not your issue. Normal people communicate with each other. His behavior is his problem.
