Unfortunately, unless AI has the utmost Ethics and Person Integratiy. I see it as a failure.
What was that Stat I saw, for every 20 good things, there a 100,000 ways that evil may set in.

Same thing as any technology, really...the big difference being that AI has a lot more pervasive and potentially damaging outcomes.
The issue isn't the technology, per se. It's the people who control it.

Very valid point. The Frankenstein is certainly not as important as the creator of said monster.
It is a strange time to be alive and watch where humans go from here.
AI for me is humanhood using it's most potential outside our brains since we are so limited inside them.
But again, at what cost. Right now we are seeing large environmental ones.

Pretty sure in the simulations AI has been putting self preservation above human lives.

AI models are already blackmailing their developers.

Skynet doesn't do anything till 2029
At least according to the movie.
