Yes a number of times. It is a bit on the expensive side. Lots of fun for girls as most of the girls are bi. It is a little on the beat up side, but can be fun. It is Hot out there right now!

I�ve been several times with a few different ladies. Day pass is nice but on really hot days it can be difficult to find a shady spot near pool. The overnighters get in earlier so you might be in sun or in back section. On a 110 summer day it can wear you out. Stake out a shady spot and move back and forth.
If you like to watch and especially be watched, there is no place better! I used to have a couple Hx ladies that were great companions to go there but they since moved away. Haven�t found anyone to take their place. �

Went one time and the SO was grossed out by the wad of semen that somebody left in the hot tub. Not able to get her to go again. Still talks about it years later whenever we see a billboard for the place. Was much smaller than I expected. I live out here now and the weather is not as hot as last year. Not sure why it is called Sea Mountain as there is no sea and the enclosed common area has no view of the mountain.

We went once. Place was very runned down. A bit seedy for the price. Maybe they've improved? This was 5-6 years ago.

My wife and I were regulars at SMI for years. We loved the vibe and atmosphere. We always managed to find other couples to swap with. It was always a blast to watch her get pounded by other guys.
