As a guy I feel like every time I see them I worry about hurting someone or doing something wrong. Also I think it can’t be worth the hassle since you probably constantly worry about extra cleaning the way you do with any piercings.

I’m a bit ambivalent. Makes a kitty look attractive and intriguing but ya might get a tooth chipped. Ha. I kid, kinda. I say if you want it, give it a go!
Not as intrusive as nip piercings though. I actually skip over ladies with them because they get in the way…

I would feel sorry for them. I mean how do you even do it? Does the vet sedate the little guy, or just some Kitty Tylenol or something?

I'm going to be the devil's advocate and say, ''just do it''! I doubt any expert on piercings has responded.
I think clit pierces give you an exotic look, and if it makes you feel good, like you said you heard, why not? You do you, love.

Some nice things about women: they are are soft and warm and sometimes slippery. I personally don't like to run into a hard or sharp piece of metal in or around a nipple, face or kitty. The worst is sharp studs in beautiful woman's skin; especially in the face.
But, that's just me...
