As a guy I feel like every time I see them I worry about hurting someone or doing something wrong. Also I think it can’t be worth the hassle since you probably constantly worry about extra cleaning the way you do with any piercings.

The only downside I saw to having the piercing was when it got snagged on my underwear as I pulled them down. OUCH!
Otherwise I thought it was fun and sexy.
