I use to get the chunky ones at Winco, although their sugar coated.
Now it's a must have at Ahi Poki. Yes there hot but in a very good way.
Also good for digestion.

I like eating the ginger chew candy. It helps getting it down. Or I'll eat a ton of pickled ginger at the sushi places
