I can add you to a TON of FB groups for roommates and sublets. I could also help with advice.
Unfortunately, to be accepted these days you do a job, (roommates will not allow this line of work nor do you want them in your business), and a credit score over 700. Since the pandemic, owners and property managers have become much more strict. So many landlords got burned and LA is an extremely pro-tenant city. They will also require money/savings in the bank.
I can be very resourceful here to you. I will not go on a limb and risk my professional reputation however DM me and I will see how I can help!

Have you considered looking at Holmby Hills ? I hear itโs quite nice and very safe.
