Please remember all of our fallen soldiers, their grit and courage . They made the ultimate sacrifice so American Interests could be protected. Prayers for the ones who brought the war back home and suffered with the PTSD and the consequences of warfare. We should celebrate, but also remember.

I don’t know anyone whose family doesn’t have a history of service and or concurrent service. WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Iraq again,Afghanistan etc…Blood has been spilled. We should remember them and celebrate their sacrifice. Which is also our sacrifice. We lost some good people

National Moment of Remembrance At 3:00pm local time. We do this every Memorial Day in my household. Does anyone else?

Fun fact

Did you know that formerly enslaved African Americans in Charleston, South Carolina, organized one of the earliest recorded Memorial Day ceremonies in 1865. In 1868 general John Logan made it a national day

Hope you all had a blessed day and thank you for your service to all of the brave men and women who have fought for this country
