Hey, I know nothing about Amarillo other than driving through it several times.
HX is pretty much southern CA.
For Texas, have you tried:
TheEroticReview? My experience is the girls are pretty pricy, but generally good info.
USASexguide? more of an on-line forum - not sure about panhandle activity, but lots of crap to wade through for other areas.
Your best bet might be eccie.net - they have listings and activity for other Texas areas when I have traveled, but that's much bigger urban areas.

I just came back from North of Houston , the Woodlands and on Seeking.com in two weeks there I got alot of DM' s and even found a old San Diego navy girl I hooked up slot then. She was in Beumont TX now and I drove and spent a night and morning with her .
