Choose a better ride share!
There's really nothing to debate. I don't have criminal friends so I don't know the exacts of the situation but I know that legally anyone under probation or parole is subjected to be searched at any time which will include my car or whatever vehicle is being operated
I think the best thing to do is not hang out with jailbirds and life should run smoothly
Or get an Uber lol
Sorry love I have nothing 🤣😘
June, what if you are the uber?
Although it could be a 4th ammendment violation this website says it's been challenged and is legal
Alternatively just stay away from shady people
Lol well shoot I didn't think about that . I don't drive Uber so I'm not sure because my assumption would be that they're still required to get searched even if it's just your job to pick people up
Common sense would be like "idk them and have nothing to do with their lifestyle"
But also there are loop holes because what if I do work for Uber on the side but I'm just picking up a friend for a ride still . Cop doesn't know if you're on call for Uber or off call for a personal ride
That's a tricky one I'll have to look into it
But agree.. staying away from shady people is the best option. I like my freedom too much to hang around people that will jeopardize that in any way

Hi June, this is just for info only. Looked at your network list and I see a few girls whom
we're on probation and parole.
I won't share names but I know of at least 6 girls who are active on this car that
are on Probation!
Lets just say you decide to do a doubles date with another guy or go for a shopping/dinner date with a hex girl just for fun. You or she gets pulled over for speeding and and the officer asks the question that was above.
She raises her hand and your reaction would be "WTH".
Just be careful whom you hangout with in this car?
The women in my network were met in passing at hx events and most of them have their own cars. I have not done doubles with anyone except one and she is FAR from a criminal
in the event that I do a double with a girl she or the man will be responsible for her transportation. That has nothing to do with me, I just get the location and meet where im needed
wait 6?!?
because I only have like 9 females in my network ... LMFAOOO oh lord!
The website says the entire car can b searched even if only the front passenger is on parole as they can slip things without u knowing. So not even uber is immune. Choose ur friends/providers wisely
Bottom line, don't hang around on paperwork. If you are driving or in the vicinity of anyone on probation or parole, you are subject to search and questioning. It has always been like that; you got to know who you are dealing with.
Their known as "4th Wavier" being in your car limits your 4th amendment. I've always had Co-workers who are 4th waivers, cant avoid that.
Giving co-workers rides to the nearest bus stop, saving them 40 minute walk, is more important to me than the potential of a search, which wont find anything any ways.
Past job, the operational manager would carpool with a co-worker who is a 4th wavier and has the car. Police ran license plate, either automatic reader or saw driving while black, 4th waiver detected. Pulled over, held them for an hour. Those officers caused our office's operations to stop, because they held our operational manager. We didn't recover out-put till around noon, 4 hours later.

Just another point to make the parole and probation search just doesn’t apply to vehicles. Homes apartments, motel/hotel rooms can also be tossed if ANYONE is found to be on probation or parole is found inside. If the person who has the search terms rented the place the whole place can be searched if they are just there common areas and their own space can be searched.

Idk I don't think it's ever that serious as long as the people on parole or probation don't try to blame you for things that aren't yours.
I have family members with a past and I wouldn't deny them of rides because I'm aware of their status, plus they'd be completely honest and accountable if something was found in the event of getting pulled over. I don't know the people on this site well enough to offer rides plus the ladies that I talk to have their own vehicles and live too far to catch or want rides
as far as being in the same house or whatever idk. I'm not going to a social to ask everyone if they're on probation or parole lol. It's just one of those things where each person has to be aware, honest and keep discernment no matter what
Plus I hear that bad girls have the best sex so idk lol.

Parole/ probation
Why are they not in your network?
what da hellly!
All the women in your network I adore, and they ALL drive their own car that they either lease or own including myself I’m SO confused because I personally know all of them.
Oh my goodness lol
SmartK9, you're driving, what did you do to give the police probable cause to stop you?
😂😂😂😂
Yeah I’d like to ask that too. Because we don’t just get stopped for no reason. Are your tags not updated? Do you have a criminal background when police randomly run your license? Do you look sketchy? You don’t get stopped for no reason. Why would you get stopped?
And why are your posts always about police, you seem paranoid. Maybe this isn’t the hobby for you?
SmartK9 I mean that in a very respectful way, and was curious because we have chatted in pms
You are a kind soul
I just for one do not like when I meet someone and they are very paranoid it ruins the time.
Girl idk haha
The men do talk ALOT in their clubs so he could have heard something in the clubs but hell, now I'm curious too .LOL
Hmmm... maybe he's an ex k9 cop who retired due to cancer. It all makes sense now 😅
If there's any gossiping I'm not invited to it. Pleb status

Are you asking me to be a Witness against myself ?
.

As many of you know, I take pretty good notes. I can't find a single one on any of the ladies currently in June's network being on parole or probation. And I know several of them fairly well (sat between two of them at lunch just a week ago)...though I can't recall asking any of them, or anyone at all in my entire life, if they were on probation or parole. But who knows, I may have missed something.
Regarding "what did you do to get pulled over", all due respect but this sounds naive. "Driving while black" is not a made up thing, it is real. Just like being asked your immigration status when you have Latin American heritage. As a white guy, I have never been pulled over for no reason. I have also never been asked if I am a citizen. I guarantee the same could not be said of many of my friends who don't share my complexion.

If you are on parole or probation you still have strict rules you must follow. You're freedom is not 100% guaranteed nor are you entitled to it. Only if they stay out or trouble, pass random check-ins and drug tests, and comply with all terms of their probation or parole may their total freedom be reinstated.
They admitted they were on some kind of supervised release. Either way, if they lied or had told the truth they will be searched. In certain circumstances simply hanging with other 'felons' can be a breach of their release. Regardless, they are allowed to be searched at any time, reason being, they signed over those rights when they accepted the terms of their probation or their parole agreement.
As for the driver / owner of the car they are always responsible for the people in their car and knowing who they are. They are also responsible for anything found in that vehicle whether its drugs, guns, contraband, other weapons, etc.
I assume if the driver broke no major law, was not impaired, had no outstanding warrants or tickets, has a clean driving record and committed a minor infraction or violation and where nothing illegal was found in their car, they would be allowed to leave the scene.
I have a 5-year BA in Criminal Justice though I graduated a long time ago and in a different state. I imagine most of the laws that apply here would be similar across the board.

@JuneMoon Love - Why are they always messing with you on here?!?! haha
I'm sure it's because you're so loved and adored. June only keeps the best crew.

So much for taking good notes. This is a hypothetical, if you read the blog it clearly states ….pulled over for a valid reason. For brevity sake I left it at that. Race, paranoia whether I’m a 74 year old retired K9 cop (seriously at 74) with cancer (that part is true) . My handle is true I have a SmartK9 a canine a dog. She is incredibly smart and cute. That’s it.
I post blogs about this stuff because someone asked me to answer a question about his situation. I thought it was of some public interest and it was until the commenters started relying on the comments instead of the actual blog.
And you are correct Kira except I’m definitely not paranoid I have absolutely no reason to be and I’m going to bed, I’m old, tired and it’s way past my bedtime. Besides I’m keeping my SmartK9 up.

Lawforza1 are you brain dead? If you can interpret my blog as legal advice then telling someone not to drink and drive can land you in jail or don’t take drugs it’s against the law or if you drive in the carpool lane by yourself you might get in trouble, my current blog if you drive around with parolees or people on supervised probation could get you involved in a guilt by association situation.
Stay in you lane L F you have no idea what you are talking about so if you still think I’m culpable then I’ll say COME AND GET ME COPPERS!
Take your paralegal certificate and move on but I might be giving you to much credit.

It's all love Applebottom lol Smart and I would have mini debates (parking in hotel parking lots for too long, etc) and I think someone asked him to post this
It's just a little fun and entertainment plus I'm the only girl that actively engaged in blogs so it's causes a higher probability that I will be criticized more.
As far as other stuff that be me lol I usually say the things to people that others are afraid to and sometimes it hurts folks feelings .
Can't help it though I got mental issues (ADHD justice sensitivity) .. but I'm working on it I promise lmao 🫣🥺🤣
