I believe everything South of lake forest is pretty dead, with the odd visit to 'the hills'.
Sonesta on Carlotta is great, as well as the places off rockfield.

Costa Mesa and Irvine are always good. Anaheim is hit or miss and can be shitty and expensive parking. Irvine can also have shit parking like the Hilton by JWA and the Sonesta Irvine.
Buena Park is ghetto.
South OC is less explored. Lake Forest may be okay but then why not just do Irvine?

Ok well Lake Forest has potential, being so close to the Irvine Spectrum.
Bonus is so very close to the place Laguna meets the rest of the OC.

I agree, i.e., Costa Mesa and Irvine are the best two OC places in my mind...
Course anyplace is a great place with you! I will be better and then calling on you! you are such a nice and beautiful lady!

I settled on Costa Mesa. Why do you think it’s so dead farther south? I’m so curious. Finding a nice spot near the beach in say, San Clemente sounds nice but the general consensus seems to be that it’s not worth it.

I'd definitely give Dana Point/San Clemente a shot. I know for a fact there are plenty of us Hobbyists down here that would love to have you host locally. That's one of the few downsides of living in this area. Having to drive to Santa Ana/Irvine/Anaheim/Buena Park every time I want to session!
