The site will give a club slot based on overall level and then allows you to purchase additional club slots at 5,000FX each. If you purchase a slot, that gives you the right to open a club. The whole process takes a few days as the club has to be built. You are notified once everything has been built and ready via the site’s alerts system. Make a change to the overall structure and the whole club goes into rebuild at a cost of 1-2 days time. You as the club owner are singly responsible for all content that is posted in the club. That means if you allow content to be posted which violates site TOS, and the site wants to, it can remove your profile.
