Hey it happens to us all when we first start doing Yoga. What’s worse is when multiple people are releasing during a Hot Yoga session. Talk about torture, heat & stank!

The pose itself was also hilarious for a yoga newbie.
On our backs with arms and legs up while holding our big toes and rocking side to side.

@sydney Does sound like a hot position- outside of yoga as well. Don't mind trying with you- you teaching me. Could use some nice stretching/workout.
