Keeping up with each individual site is cumbersome at best. There are newer data privacy opt out sites like delete me, joindeleteme, and others... but as this is an IE blog, maybe the official California data privacy and opt-out site is a great place to start or become familiar with:

That's why u use alt phone numbers [there are apps for this] and multiple email accounts each with unique passwords.
There's a website called haveibeenpwned.com to see which emails have been leaked/hacked. Useful if u r one of those who use the same passwords for everything
Lastly social security was hacked over a year ago so nobody's safe
