Very minor silver dabbler for years now it’s almost unaffordable 😥. For those of you who are considering getting into it stay away from eBay deals, don’t buy “collector coins” such as Silver Eagles because when you sell them the buyer is only interested in the amount of silver percentage that is in the coin .

As long as that silver paper note keeps rocking the boat idk
Silver is on for a ride that is for sure.
A war of the tangible/useful versus the intangible/built upon dreams. lol.

Just be careful to understand that trading silver is trading futures contracts and not physical silver. Why? Because there isn’t enough physical silver to actually back up all the contracts. The recent volatility in silver should show you that as well as the fact that market is easily manipulated.
Yes it has been a great performer but most “investors” lack two essential qualities.
1. Assessing downside
2. Having a sell strategy. They know when to buy but no fucking idea when to sell.

I have both Grandparents sets of Sterling Flatware and all the serving trays and bowls.

Let the big boys play with the Future contracts.
Stay with Bullion only. It's an investment and a hedge against inflation.
Turning it back into dollars, it starts to lose value.
The next five years could be very interesting.

the future of currency is crypto. gold, silver, and other precious metals will be relagated to infrastructure to support AI. the silver battery is a huge leap. we're basically using the same battery tech as in the 1800s... anode, cathode, and some conducting element.
