There’s a bar with a beach in the BVI called Soggy Dollar bar. There’s no dock so you have to anchor your boat and swim up to the beach. They hang the soggy dollars on a clothesline.

I agree with the witch, San Diego's Pacific Beach is also very nice.
I also enjoyed the boat tour in Marina Del Rey, pretty cool scenery.
