I would agree with the simple ask, and I usually throw in something like, "I like to keep my ratings current"
I seldom repeat gals that don't rate me back - I never let any gal know that one way or the other, that's probably not cool, but a little attention/ karma goes a long way.

I asked 3-4’times over a week and if that fails I delete the rating I gave and move on. Never take it personal
|
