I think rating everyone 2 seconds or rating everyone the same thing, affects your compliance.

Compliance refers to your ability to be conservative in your ratings and your understanding of TOS.
Don’t try to game the questionnaire when answering. Just answers the questions truthfully and you’ll be ok.
2 second rating basically asks two questions: is this person you are rating safe and do you like this person. That is it. It generates two types of rating categories: safety and karma.
2 minute ratings are much more complex and have a lot more questions. Those can possibly generate ratings for all 5 categories or possibly less. Just depends on how you honestly answer the questions.
All anyone needs to know of a rating is really the 2 second rating. And even then, all they need to know is safety because not everyone will get along with everyone else.
But to go up in level, you really need ratings of all 5 categories meaning the two minute questionnaire.
