Something to occupy your mind.
I am a geezer, and work is coming to an end for me.
No more getting up in the dark to go to work.
39+ years in the outfit, and I am calling it quits.
Time to hang up the gloves.
For my adult life it's been work, work, and more work.
Time to sleep in late every day.
Crossword puzzles, building models (64+),
cataloguing my coin collection...
But before I get too busy with all that,
There are chores. Tending to the garden and the plants.
Sweeping, raking, and weeding.
Menu planning and shopping.
Finally, paying bills. That's life.
Stay occupied and rest. And checking in on Hx.
