What's bad about it?
|
|
|
It falls apart at first bite!
And the ground beef? Is there cardboard in there?
Horrible hamburger.

Ok, cool.
Yeah I heard a reviewer said that while they are bigger patties, different bread and sauce, the Big Mac is preferred.
I am pretty much done with the big chain burgers because they have turned to crap (my exception is In-n-Out) so I'm ordering from local spots where I can find them including Tommy's.

As Burgers, Dana Point and Mission Viejo.
Fast, great, NOT a chain.

I like in n out, but not the 15 minute wait.

I gave up the chains and go to them little burger places with Names Like Galaxy Burger, but
Tommys and the Hat are still on my fav list.

McDonald’s food has been scientifically proven to kill you slowly, much like marriage has!

Their burgers don't get old and I am pretty sure its humans in that meat lol
I don't want to put anything in my body that won't break down. Even the owner didn't want to eat it
Plus he called it a product and not food. That's scary

And there is NO telling what harmful additives that are in there. As they are cutting costs, and so your life span maybe too.
Ask your doctor if a Big Mac is right for you.

Isn’t it just the Arch deluxe all over again? I worked there in HS and those things were such a waist of time to make.
Only thing I got out working there for a summer was being able to make weight for football because I was able to go from 140 to 165 eating a custom 4 quarter pounder burger and 20 piece nugget every shift for a whole summer.

If you want an very, very good burger, go to Bunz in Huntington Beach (at the Vans skate park on Center near Costco).
Just get the regular burger; the smash burger isn't nearly as good.
The onion rings and tots are also very good.
Even their Diet Coke tastes better (they clean the machine every day).
I've had $44 burgers at a high-end hotel in London that was amazing; Bunz is nearly as good and it's very reasonably priced.

The burgers at the Habit are good for a chain.

^ Agree.
It's been a while since I've had one, but yeah, they are good.

I used to really like Habit burgers. I remember going to the original in Santa Barbara. I would get them regularly after they expanded. But about a few years ago or so I noticed my last two orders really sucked and tasted like the typical Sysco frozen patty burger.
So I was curious and looked them up and to my surprise, yup they got acquired by the YUM! food brands group i.e. KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut group.
I haven't been back. It's a sad loss.

The last time I had a Habit burger was about seven years ago in Woodland Hills off Ventura Blvd.
My co-workers and I would make it a habit to visit at least once a month. That location has a real nice outdoor seating area and parking is easy-peazy.

100% agree it was really bad.

Habit was great 20 years ago when they started expanding. I really enjoyed it. In the last 5 years post quarantine, not so much. I've gone back to basics. Independent burger stands are almost always better, with better fries.
