Don't know if you are purposely setting us up for the obvious my "homemade sausage" jokes or what but if you haven't tried Flower Child veggy restaurant it is quite tasty and who among us eats enough vegetables...

Gen is a must try, if you like Korean BBQ...
It's All you can eat (in 2 hours).
Grill at your table. Korean side dishes included.
I'm into beef. Brisket. Lengua. Bugolgi. Kalbi ribs.
They started with one restaurant.
Their corporation started with different styles of cuisine.
Then, Gen took off. Long lines all the time.
Now, they have many locations.
Chicken, pork, shrimp, varieties of proteins.
I think, there's over 30?
Gen is my suggestion.

I love a great traditional sushi. And I love seafood. Holbox has been hitting the spot too and is best Mexican seafood in my opinion.

Persian cuisine is my favorite; so many flavorful and impactful dishes.
Mast-o-khair - a mint, cucumber and dill yogurt dip
Fesenjoon - a pomegranate and walnut stew with chicken
Tahdig - the bottom layer of rice that turns into a crispy cracker
Cuban cuisine also has some great dishes like Garlic Chicken. In Downey there is a little restaurant called Florida. It has some of the best Cuban food in the area.
