My Google Voice number has been suspended, and I’m not sure why.

I clearly can’t catch a break lately! First, my profile randomly gets deleted, and now my Google Voice account has been suspended. Thankfully, my Gmail, Drive, Docs, and everything else associated with my Google account are all fine.
I’m assuming someone may have reported my number after a Caller ID Spoofing incident that happened a few days ago. When this happens, you can tell because there’s no record on my end of the call ever being made. This has happened to me before with this number, and it’s incredibly frustrating because there doesn’t seem to be anything I can do to prevent it.
I never received a notice or email that my account was suspended. I only found out when I tried to log in, and I do have an appeal pending.
I’ve even had someone go through my computer to check everything, and there’s nothing suspicious on my Mac, browsers, email, or accounts to indicate that anything has been hacked.
I’m curious if anyone else has had this happen with their GV number? I’ve been using Google Voice because it seemed to be the safest and most recommended option when I first joined. If anyone has had similar issues or has recommendations for another solid option, I would greatly appreciate it!
