Imho, this is a safety first issue.
For both the provider and any other client that would have shown up later.
If this is true he should be kicked out!

Hey babe, I’m not sure if you are familiar with the system where they don’t have points. So what we do is we PM them a code word that they would only know if they saw it in their PMs
Then, since they can’t PM as back, they don’t have points, they text us the code word
That’s how I know it was him

For example, if I sent you a random word like peanut butter and you texted me and said, hey, peanut butter, what time are you there? I would obviously know it was you cause who else would know that word
