@Skurfergurl The beaches there are so nice! I remember seeing this music artist near a cliff overlooking the sunset and it was so surreal! I have no idea where it is located though : / , Wow, I didn't know that about LA and SD! Thanks for the tip! I would like to send you a gift card or fx points for your response if you want to mail me!

@littlemissalice Thanks for the tip and recommendation! I just looked up crystal cave and it looks like it is closed for the rest of 2026 but will reopen in spring 2027. Heavy rain, dang that stinks! Next time! It looks so cool though! Thanks for replying!

Drive up north and visit the redwood forest amazing views

Just drive up Highway 1/Pacific Coast Highway, starting in Ventura. You can go as far north as you want to. Stop where you want to. It's an amazing drive. Beaches, cliffs, forests, castles, sea lions, sea elephants, Big Sur, Monterey Bay. I would highly recommend it. You'll get a taste of just about everything.

Try the whale watching boat trip in Newport beach, Redondo or Long beach.
Plenty of nice restaurants to try nearby
Of course while in So Cal, get some tacos! plenty of mom and pop shops or try Tacos La carretta
Enjoy!
