I do herbalist work and seen numerous prostate and colon health improve drastically with herbal oil enemas. Look into that before you start taking prostate hardening toxic Flomax. Which many times leads to severe ED.
I would not recommend colon cleanse hydrotherapy as it can compromise your good bacteria.
Learn about Ayurveda herbal enemas. Great for us ladies too!!! It heals the reproductive and bladder.
