Log in issue everyday around 1330

I have been experiencing a log in issue everyday around 1330 hrs. I get the 'site took to long to respond' on my PC and 'This site cannot be reached on my ipad.
Always at the same time and only lasting for less than 10 minutes.

Any ideas why?

Don't know, but same thing. Even though I'm rarely on this time of day.

Closing the window and opening a new. Seems to work. Probably not the answer

I believe it's maintenance

It also happens around 130am as well
