The community can vote to mute a member for 1 to 3 days or a member can wind up on blog restriction where they cannot post any blogs or comments until the blog restriction is removed. It's related to conduct and past postings, not level or network. I believe you get a notice if it happens to you but I don't know.

All political blogs were reorganized to club blogs.
Within those club blogs the owners or moderators may have expelled certain members for using the platform to deliver personal attacks instead of staying on subject.
Ergo, it turned into a shit-show!
Had club owners and moderators quickly and immediately dealt with the violators on an individual basis it never (maybe) would have turned into gang warfare, which effectively gutted the club(s) of intelligent debate.

Just got back from a trip to Thailand and Taiwan - 7 weeks in total.
Been back for a couple of weeks. Trip was awesome!!! but did wind up getting spoiled even though I didn't go for the bar girls or freelancers - I did partake several times and then there was my guide ...

You can petition to join those clubs. But even then I think "hot blogs" are limited to RA, not clubs.
