im sorry hon!!!  i think people will recognize the fact that you are safe and notice the user has no profile, no other ratings or ratings issued to them. i seriously doubt that one negative will outweigh the rest of your positives.
but...it always makes me a little wary anyone can rate anyone randomly and the only word or trust we have is the previous networking. though its more likely than not to happen to a provider - i still get a tiny bit nervous i might get dinged for no reason.

That person has been harassing me all day making r*** threats and all kinds of nonsense so remember to always screen and please be safe that’s always my main concern for not only myself, but everyone else involved in this business.

Chanel, we've had a few exchanges in blogs and some PM conversations about safety related issues, but we've never met and have no personal or business arrangements.
That said, my suggestion here is that you post about it in the appropriate club and then add a note to your profile to explain that you have never met them and the rating is bullshit.
In this case, I agree with the comment above saying it looks like this profile was created with the sole purpose of fucking with you and your business. I can't say for sure if it's the same person who was harassing you last month, but the timing of it points in that direction.
