Fake news!!! A man can do no exercise the entire year and still have an erection just fine. Nothing a little BlueChew can’t fix 😘

Keeping a man on edge for a lengthy amount of time makes for a firm erection and strong finish
BOOM!

i used to practice kegel then got lazy. its a bitch to start/re-start but the improvements are noticeable in all aspects of life. so its a great muscle exercise.

I first started working the kegel muscles in grad school. Used to start and stop the flow while peeing every day for over a year. You use the same muscles to control ejaculating while having sex. I used to last well over an hour, tightening the muscles when I felt I was about to come, but that gets old quickly and women dry up over time because of the friction.
So once you’re comfortable with your ability to control yourself, you ease up on the exercises. I still do it unconsciously almost as a reflex.
I suspect it may also help with prostate cancer, but I think emptying the pipes regularly is what helps prevent that.

By the way, what I just wrote is all you need to know to develop the muscles to last lo longer. It’s easy. Stop and start your flow of pee several times a day while pissing.
After identifying the muscles (you’ll get sore if you do it often), you can flex them while sitting down or laying down. And of course during sex.
The more you do it, the faster you can benefit from tightening the muscles during sex to last longer.
