I think a less combative approach to getting this type of information might have been to PM a few people in her network instead of putting her on blast in a public blog. When I see this sort of thing the first thing that crosses my mind is that the OP might be intentionally trying to damage someone else's reputation and business.
Airing dirty laundry in public rarely goes as planned and usually ends up hurting all those involved.

MM &/or KP, you were quite valid in your response to the initial post. You seemed to be credible.
It's just then after sharing an account you made no valid attempt at giving a credible reason for it, and then follow up by bashing this site and trying to steer people away. You went the wrong way on that and should try and pull yourself(selves) out of it.

And I take exception to the disparaging remark about HX. This site has been very good for me. It was the very first site I signed up for when I started 3 years ago. The inherent safety aspects are great, especially for someone just learning the ropes. I would recommend HX to anyone just starting out. Not to mention I have met some wonderful people here.
