Blaine has always been a standup provider to me.
I really hope someone can help her because this is exactly what will get her out of this negative cashflow loop.

Maybe you can find something in the I.E. lots of affordable places that are pretty nice that will accept you but Facebook also has a lot of people renting studios and condos. I hope you can find something 🫶🏾

Thank you ladies, I appreciate the info and the positive encouragement. I'm not completely dead set on staying here in OC, I will definitely look into those options. I never even thought about looking on Facebook Marketplace, thanks! I'm just so used to searching on those apartment finder apps.🤔

$2800-$3200.with 2 dogs in OC for what youre seeking shouldn't be an issue.
I sadly only have a 4 bedroom house available in Coata Mesa with pool fully remodeled and new AC. Also 35 solar panels for low electricity rate. Open kitchen with large island. Im asking for $6100 a month. Located near Fair Grounds in quiet neighborhood with parks (close to OC dog park).

My neighbor is very frugal. She buys clothes at goodwill, shops at aldi, clips coupons, drives a 2008 toyota corolla, cooks and bakes all her meals at home.She paints her own house, mows the lawn. Here's the Kicker! She owns 3 homes outright! I know she's a millionaire on paper.
