ugh, i hate the rent..
but i like getting paid as a landlord.

I HATE the way that rent payment sneaks up on you on the 1st of every month!! If only you could plan on the rent payments happening regularly.

The only pro of being homeless, besides endless clean towels & sheets… Rent is due every single day by noon! If not paid if full, you’re gone!! But I’m so over living in these friggen hotels, I’m losing my f’ing mind! The cons are way to many to list. So I’ll spare everyone that horseshit.
To the landlords… Do you currently have any residences for rent? I want sign a 12+ month lease & my budget is between $2,800 & not to exceed $3,200. I have 2 senior chihuahuas. Prefer a 1 bed 1 bath unit. Laundry inside unit. Garage would be nice but not necessary. Fenced in yard or balcony, air conditioning & hardwood floors is a must! I will remain working so nosy neighbors better be ok with frequent visitors. I finally have good enough credit to be able to rent without a co-signer (been waiting over 3 years for this to happen), and I can provide current bank statements & financial records proving I make 3.5x the rent mentioned above. Lastly, I have good rent history. No evictions or late rent.
About me…
•I never throw parties.
•I have no criminal record.
•I quit smoking cigs & vapes over a month ago. I will never smoke again, the vapes nearly killed
me. I’m done with that shit!
•I’m not a drunkard. I only drink socially, a few shots here and there.
•I don’t use drugs, prescription or otherwise.
•Your apartment will be immaculately kept clean to the point where one could eat off the floor. I treat other people’s things as if they were my own. I’m sick with it! I have obsessive compulsive personality disorder (look it up), it’s a bit different from OCD as it’s a personality disorder & not a mental disorder. No meds are going to help me. With that said when my lease is up the condition of your apartment will be in better condition than it was when I moved in.
•I’m a kind, clean and respectful human being. I’m always aware of my surroundings & am mindful of my neighbors.
Please don’t be ridiculous with deposits. It’s really difficult to save up when I’m dulling out $7,500 a month on hotel rooms. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Guys… PM me!!! I’m available right now.

Yeah the rent issue is getting worse out here in California they are trying to wipe everyone out which is crazy

No one is trying to wipe everyone out. It is just getting that way.
That’s just how it is. This state is run like dogshit by politicians blaming others instead of representing us. Diversity and so called systemic racism can take a backseat to barely being able to pay the bills. Or dealing with the endless blight of homelessness. It’s one reason I moved to OC. Shoulda done it a decade ago.

Thank you to everyone that responded. I made the rent on time last night. One sterling young B lady from Del Mar area hit me up and offered to help. That was an amazing act n kudos to my fellow provider. So nice!
And thanks to the witticisms posted. Clever!!
Truth is I had my rent covered then while dog sitting my daughters dogs one got very sick and I had to put her to sleep and there went the rent. Poor little cutie girl. She was 13 and a rescue we adopted a couple months ago to be the replacement companion to our other dog because we lost one 3 months ago to old age. She was riddled with cancer. Never complained. Breaks my heart but she didn’t die unloved in the pound. And I think I will adopt another senior dog to join us so they can leave the pound too.
Okay enough said. Again thank you!!
