There is a leak of Methyl methacrylate and it is not something to mess around with. It can seriously irritate your skin, eyes, and mucous membranes, and it is also extremely volatile and highly flammable.
Honestly, I would just stay far away from that area. The concern doesn’t seem to be “if” something happens, but “when.”

I lived in San clemente years ago. I would say lucrative cities are Irvine, Newport B, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, and Corona del Mar. Those cities always seemed to shine!
