The fact that you can still have good energy find you, that’s a great sign! Disharmony happens when we need to slow down. Whether it’s our in our house, relationship, death or even wellness, somethings have to go so you can wake up and live.

OP and Ladies, you made my day! I hit the gym 5 days a week, play golf, go on 3 mile hikes on Sundays.
I’m actually in better shape now than when I was 50 something! And, you ladies have helped keep the blood flowing.

I’m sorry but let me be the first to be honest with you boomers. The previous generations of old people were far less whiny and annoying as you bitches. You have been the single most destructive and created the least value when compared to any other generation in American history. Including the civil war. You were born in a post war era where your parents filled your heads with lies, decided to break your parents rules and ignore institutions, and then decided to pivot to some quasi morality 15 years before you die.

Who brought the downer? This blog was a really nice sincere post and some asshole decides he doesn't like his life he has to put a whole generation down. For what? How can one have that much hate in their life that have to go around putting others down? That is the definition of trash if you ask me. My flabbers are gasted. This whole freedom of speech bullshit some people think that it's ok to just be a dick for NO REASON.
Maybe we should make therapy normal. All this hate needs to be worked out.

I have a dear friend and pen-pal he is 104 .
Was an infantry soldier and Machine gunner in WW2 in Ukraine - he still lives alone and is 100% sharper mentally than most people 5x younger than him.
Age is only an issue when you stop learning , as long as you are autodidactic I find one is usually fine.
