Yeah, he should be behind bars serving a sentence for manslaughter.
Sloppy weapons wrangler or not, he pulled the trigger, he's responsible.
Granted, I would never pass the defense council if I were on call for his jury - anyone with minimal understanding of basic firearms wouldn't get called.

as far as the tragedy? ... he was never going to jail, but should have ten years taken out of his life.... easily 25million to the family
take more responsibility for the gun in your hand...
hope this kind of thing will never happen again... they need to make the penalty soo large... that maybe they need to hire two people now to double check the shit. ... but still does not absolve baldwin from checking it himself (few seconds of time)

I hate this guy. Good actor but in most other ways he is an utterly rotten excuse for a human being.
That said, he should not be at all responsible for the death of the woman. He is an actor on set. The set has an Armorer. A person in charge of the guns. Allegedly, people on the crew were checking out the guns and going out into the desert and doing target practice.
These guns then came back to the Armorer. She then passed the gun in question on to Baldwin declaring it safe. He goes on set for rehearsal, they tell him to aim towards the camera and fire. He does, she dies.
Wait a second. Why are clean guns going off set to be fired for fun and returned? This is serious stuff. An actor on set gets handed a safe gun on set by the Armorer, it should not be his job to inspect it an the cartridges inside, as if he would know any different. He is not a firearms expert, the Armorer is. They are the expert.
My guess is ammo from off set came back on set, and the Armorer didn't catch it. The gun in question was loaded with live rounds and ultimately killed.
That' not on Baldwin. As much as I'd be happy for him to get what's coming to him, a murder charge is not what he deserves. While he did pull the trigger, it was supposed to be make believe. They promised him it was. And it wasn't. Armorer is serving time.

Our justice system is way the fucked up and favors the rich and famous. Other famous celebrities that got away with murder: O.J. Simpson, Robert Blake, Phil Spector the first time.
Celebrities that got away with vehicular manslaughter: Matthew Broderick, Caitlin Jenner, Brandy Norwood, Rebecca Gayheart, Venus Williams, former 1st lady Laura Bush.

My position is that if any Democrat or Republican is found to be committing any crimes, they need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

The attached case was filed against both Epstein and Trump. The facts on Page 4 are particularly disturbing. I believe it was settled immediately before Trump took office the first time.
Beyond that, I used to regularly listen to the Howard Stern show. Trump admitted to barging in on his teen contestants while dressing. While not admitting to being a pedo, does that not say something about Trump besides grabbing women by the pussy?

Just be intellectually honest. Make reasonable assumptions.

You're not a complete adult yet if you don't know how to safely handle a firearm or safely ride a motorcycle.
