Yes, it gets slower than usual because people have already planned their vacation for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Don't forget the layoffs that have happened throughout the year.
Yes, layoffs are increasing in 2025 and have reached the highest levels since 2009, with October 2025 being the worst month on record for that specific month in over 20 years. Companies are citing economic uncertainty, cost-cutting, and the impact of AI as key reasons for these job cuts.
The struggle is real for many.
